    Our mentorship program is designed to facilitate meaningful connections between our members and experienced Black women in the tech field. Through mentor-mentee dates, events and guidance activities.

    Afrotech Conference

    herScript’s AFROTECH 2025 partnership that created meaningful access, connection, and growth opportunities for the herScript community. Through the support of AFROTECH, Optum (UnitedHealth Group), and Dell Technologies, over 60 of our students and early-career members were sponsored to attend, connect with recruiters, and engage in exclusive networking experiences. These partnerships allowed our members to learn, build community, and take tangible steps forward in their tech journeys

    herDesign

    We host technical and non-technical workshops to provide hands-on experience within a chosen program, build confidence in using technology platforms, and foster connections with fellow herScript members.

  • herStory: Tech Journey Summit

    herStory is herScript’s annual tech conference designed to celebrate, empower, and elevate the journeys of Black women and underrepresented students in technology. Through industry-led workshops, impactful panels, and conversations with leading professionals, attendees gain real tools, insight, and access to build meaningful careers in tech. herStory is open to all who are passionate about technology, community, and shaping the future of innovation together.
